








Brand Identity | Concept Design I developed the brand identity for Escala, a luxury condominium in Somerville, MA, from concept to completion. Inspired by the developers' Chinese heritage and the project’s focus on passive house and net-zero design, I proposed the name Escala—Latin for "stairs"—symbolizing progress and a better way of living. The visual identity blended modern aesthetics with cultural nuances, highlighting sustainability and health benefits. This approach positioned Escala as a forward-thinking, health-conscious community, elevating the standard of luxury living.
